Easy enough to drill drain hole larger as long as your bottom suspension bolt comes out. Definitely helps with drainage but little stones still...
I'm confused John, you had the forks rebuilt at Monterey and praise them highly but then shortly after you did a 1000 miles and the right fork...

I just dont get how you mark the template pipe where the original holes are as I the plastic pipe goes over the bar .. so surely it then covers...

Would you say the new PP bars are narrower than the bars on the DVT ?? I get pain in my shoulder after a few hours riding and a friend explained...
