it was the only map out at the time and went with full system rather than just end cans as I had decat pipe. Someone posted they had ran that set...

I have SC project cans and the arrow decat and running T800 upmap (Termi full system) At a constant throttle the revs seem to be ‘hunting’ ......

It's ceramic coating (cerakote) rather than powder coating. Done by a company called zircotec.

Don’t think so but if they did the map would come with them. the SC Project cans are slip ons and they don’t need remapping.
