@simmytt RE gearing - there isn't one gearing that will work at all tracks. What tracks do you mainly ride at? I can tell you what I use.
It will be Almeria or Cartagena but nothing confirmed yet! I went with Pacedays to Alcarras in 2012 and that was alright..

I'd love to go to town with lightening things but the regs won't let me. they need to control costs - the whole point of a one make series as well...
Don't waste your money on light wheels or rear sub-frames - they are not legal. Well, at least until they revise the regulations to say so.
