It's 176Nm which is 130ft-lbs in old money...... 230nm is the 1098, don't trust what the book says either, trust what is cast into the wheel itself.
Oops...... Its 46mm and 41 mm for the other......be careful with the torque figures too, most people use the 1098 figure which is too high for...

I use a standard 3/4 drive bi-hex socket on mine, with no problems. Some people say they machine the lead-in off the start of a socket to get it...
