Car speedos can over read by 10% in the Uk . You always see trucks going 55 in a 50 . Never had a ticket off the smart motorways for doing it...
Did it on my old 1200s , it was so loud it sounded shite. And I like noise . Really did my head in after a while

Is there a technical reason as to why the Tuono sounds amazing with an Akra system and the V4 sounds......well nowhere near as good as the ape ?

Me neither , but I guess they've got no extended fuel range with the new bike yet , so to keep up the the GSA , its the only 30 litre tank bike...
