If it repeats the issue in the near future the solenoid plug is on its way out.
Pull starter solenoid plug and check for arc damage. If visible damage to pins then you'll need the service kit to wire around this design fault....

The stock chains are junk you'll get better/longer results with the DID. Still needs lubing every 300-400 miles and cleaning every other lube.

Yeah...it does sound like it could be a torque monster but it ain't 208 HP.
DID Gold. Replace when worn, tight spot adjustment is very loose in loose spots. Never overtighten.
