Neither, they're some sort of hardened felt to stop heat transfer, which guard as I think they are still available.

They did go up, but I [think] they were 37k on order, then went up to 40,42 or 44k. Something in the small print '....reserve the right to change...
I recall problematic throttle bodies at 4.5k to replace if not under warranty

From the factory they used a white double sided padded taped - very similar to the Halfords number plate fitting tape which is black and around...
After a good DP race screen please. Large version, not standard size please. Think the part number is 969154AAA and should come with a rubber...
