  1. i did look at the james hillier bike he had for sale but even thats expensive for a superstock bike.

  2. i popped in to DD classic this morning. sales guy looked me up and down (but i used to it, so no probs) . checked their prices , - approx double to what you can get from other places for similar models, but they do sell a lot of cars. i think some people just want to buy from certain places so 50k£ extra is not a big deal.
so sheffield place probably the same- just catering to different people to us

  3. Yes, I think you have hit the nail on the head there, some people will only shop 'posh'
You look quite posh btw, if a little dishevelled :)

  4. Posh and Sheffield in the same sentence??? Oxymoron?

  5. Hey ! I'm posh. I know this for a fact, as when I was scanning through the record of contactless payment on my phone the other day, it read.......ALDI, LIDL, LIDL, LIDL, ALDI. :)

  6. Hey, watch your mouth southern boy. I went to school in Gren'ill when I were a lad. I understand that it is now known as Greenhill, so definitely a lot posher than it was . Andy

  7. For the record I will accept a bid of £20k for my R model.
But seriously, I guess if someone is willing to pay silly over the odds prices then who are we to turn it down ?
" no no mate, it's only worth £15k , you keep the extra "

I cant recall where but I noticed an SP5 888 for £30 k . That REALLY took the biscuit !!!

  9. I may live in the south howeverI was brought up in South, East and West Yorkshire...

  10. I have no idea where these figures have come from. The Ducati Worx one is still there at £18500. The last one to sell on eBay fairly recently went for about £12750. Andy
