@RickyX so you tried 'burping'/purging air from the cooling system by squidging the large hoses (i think lower hose produces best results) - did you try leaning bike from side to side? Have a feeling that leaning bike to the right while sitting on it as far as safe produced best results, might be easier not sitting on bike R.
It's one of the best characteristics of the best Ducatis though, the "jeez, this thing could go faster" feeling, then you look down and realise that everyone else isn't dawdling. When they're set up right they feel like they put the world into slow-motion.
Here's a couple more, still a work in progress. We are sympathetically restoring what was a tired 1730's Savoyarde farm into our principle family residence.
