1200 DVT 1200 Dvt Aftermarket Cans ?

  1. Thanks for the info, I’m going to check it out and hopefully make a decision over the weekend, I’ve seen a Mivv exhaust I quite like the look of, I had a Mivv Souno on my previous Multistrada but thought it a bit loud , although I did like the look , let’s see !
    Thanks again

  2. I agree about the MIVV being loud and I thought rather harsh also - I had one on my 2010 Multi. @Kirky on this forum also had a MIVV on his 2010 but he changed to an Arrows and prefers it.

  3. Arrow & decat for me

  4. Thanks for all the input chaps , anyone putting any pics up ?
I still can’t make my mind up, I think a lot of my indecisiveness is down to the cost, just not sure about spending another £800 on my bike during the lockdown !!

  5. Just taken these.
The MIVV is cheaper than an Arrows for a reason. This decat system was fitted 5 years ago and it has performed extremely well with never a problem.
If it helps you my father-in-law had a life hack which has held me in good stead over the years:

  6. Yes of course, quality is always best , it wasn’t the choice between the Mivv and the Arrow can, I think I’ve decided on the Arrow, just the thought of spending it now !,

  7. Well, you have a Ducati, she's an expensive mistress

  8. Did the carbon heat shield come with the Arrow ?

  9. :joy:
problem is I have another expensive mistress and I won’t be spending on her either, :joy:

Did you have to do anything else to the bike such as remapping?

  10. Hi, are you considering the Arrow too ?
The carbon covers that we mentioned earlier in the thread don’t seem to be available for the DVT, at least I can’t find them !

  11. The carbon shield came with the kit. I think it is the Works can.

    • Thanks Thanks x 1
  12. I posted a video on you tube a few years ago regarding the Arrow

  13. I’ve finally decided on the arrows exhaust ( I think ) I’m going to order tomorrow, the works exhaust comes in at roughly £760 in Nichrom or just over £800 in titanium, any thoughts or advice to help me decide between the two.
    Cheers

  14. My Arrow decat system for the 1st gen 1200 doesn't come with a cover nor do they offer one. I'm going to bodge my old Leo Vince one. Andy

  15. As I mentioned above, the system is stainless in both kits and it's only the can that's covered in a different metal. Titanium has street cred but only saves a few grams over the Nichrom can cover. My Nichrom can looks good and is tough and resistant to damage and doesn't corrode. For my money I chose the Nichrome as it was cheaper but every bit as good as the Titanium can. It's up to you where your choice will lie, but I think £40 is worth having.

  16. Thanks, much appreciated
