15 year old girl and 30 year old bloke, what do you all think?

Discussion in 'Lounge' started by GLYNH, Sep 25, 2012.

  1. He wont be banged up at all...

I heard on the radio this morning the Police in France are not looking for him as in France he has "commited no offence".

    Aha.

I googled "age of consent" and in France it is indeed 15.

    Clever chap.

  2. Under 13 it's rape between 13 and16 it's a different offence of unlawful sexual intercourse which carries a much lower maximum penalty

  3. Which just goes to show again how useless the EU is! I was under the impression that Euro countries were supposed to be equal, but once again the French go their own way. The sooner the whole Euro thing dies a death the better! It's not just the question of illegal sexual intercourse, it's kidnapping, or inciting a minor, whichever term you want to use. He's broken the law in the UK and should be investigated as such! Where's Interpol, shouldn't they be after him?

  4. The truth being she is quite happy to go of her own accord? Kidnapping would be tieing her up and throwing her in the boot etc...

They are - wrong or not - probably very happy right now! The French Police have nothing to arrest them for and probably wouldnt help us anyways?

We, the UK, harbour known Terrorists & give them houses, income & child support, I dont think some teacher shagging a 15-year old girl is high on their to-do lists TBH?

  5. When discussing the French "going their own way", it's worth remembering how the UK is in terms of toeing the line in Europe.

Don't want to argue the merits of the EU here - I have my own unique take on this - but I wouldn't be too quick to judge France for doing the sort of thing that Britain is famous for (in Brussels, anyway).

  6. If they get bored of France they can POP down to Spain where age of consent is 14.

I know of a 45 year old who is with an 18 year old, he is activly ruining her life too, as he is a dead end looser. Is this guy worse? I'm not convinced.

  7. 470four, don't disagree re terrorists, we should kick them out as soon as possible, and certainly not give them houses etc, but isn't that all the outcome of us here following that bloody useless bill of human rights, which other countries only follow selectively? I have always been anti EU right from the inception, and I've yet to see how we have benefitted from our membership. Our yearly contribution outweighs what we get back, we seem to be the only country who religiously ( sorry that's another thread isn't it!) follow all the red tape that the EU introduce, and we are still giving extra money to help out the central bank. There's so much more that could be said, but the bottom line is that they have broken the law and should be brought back to the uk to face the court.

  8. 2 quotes :

Jewish saying: wen der schmock shtet ist zeichel in tuches..

Woody Allen announcing he had an affair with his stepdaughter : "the heart wants what the heart wants"...

as to fathers of the daughter : at 15, loosing her flower is just a matter of time... the most important thing is that the guy conducts himself respectfully and that there is consent. All girls going through are manipulated into it. If not by peer pressure, then by the lad who eventually is going to do it... that the way is has gone on for a zillion years... b

I d prefer it for my daughter with a candle-lit romantic experience in france with the slow handed protected teach then standing up against the wall of a shed with a plastered puckled faced big mouth juvenile punk, no?

As 99% does, she will live through it. He in this case however is up shit creek big time....

  9. Agreed, Archer - we as a country are TERRIFIED off pissing off other countries? We have most of Europe & the Middle East queueing up in the French ports trying to smuggle themselves into lorries so they can work in our carwashes/takeaways/factorys tax-free & sleep 10 to a room, overburdening our already stretched National Heath & over handouts?

We are a TINY country, with very little money - unable to deal with the amount of crap we have?

The government should grow a pair FFS...

Same principle when I got a (second) Police warning for having a barny with the Paedo next door when he got released?

"No need for all the aggro and language, Sir, you could get arrested for Public Order, inciting violence & hatred amongst your neighbours?"

"Well Im sorry Officer, my parents always told me paedophiles were BAD people??!" "What do you want me to do, hang balloons above his door? Give him a hug??"

  10. Lots of different ways to look at this. The most important thing is that he was her teacher and therefore had a duty of care. I`m not sure the age of consent is that relevant morally as opposed to legally as different ages of consent in different countries. Who is to say which is righ especailly as soem people mature mentally and physically earlier than others of courset? Illegal here though and he has no defence as he knew her age, not like picking up a stranger ina bar.
That said, a 15 year age between a 15 year old and a 30 year old is very different to the same gap between a 30 year old and 45 year old. Personally I am delighted that my trouble is only 9 months apart from me agewise. We have lived through the same things and have common reference points. We shared the shock of the Sex Pistols or the miners strike etc. We can say, remember seeing One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest at the cinema. Might not matter to everyone, might not be essential but I think that sort of thing helps.
Lastly, I have a 26 year old daughter, when she was 17 she met and had a relationship with a guy of 35. It was legal but still seemed wrong to me . It didnt last though because she grew up and he never had and probably never will.

  11. Absolutely! Until we get a government who are prepared to stand up for this country, and tell these people that they are not welcome here then we will continue down a very slippery slope. We need to tighten up our borders and enforce the laws regarding immigration, and ensure those that are here working illegally are caught, made to pay what they owe plus some for the hassle in finding them and bringing them to court, and then deport them, with a ban on ever returning to our shores.
We have an old RAF base just down the road from me, it's runway was resurfaced about 10 years ago, and would make an ideal place to use to send these illegals back from!

  12. That would be awesome! Sod all these biddys coming round collecting for save Africa/the whales/the monkeys/the blue-spotted treefrogs, if they sent round a collection team collecting £5 to send back a towelhead I'd get my wallet straight out! :upyeah:

I might even give them parachutes.

  13. I feel like a bit of a freak, although I'm now in my 40s I waited until I was 16 before I started any sort of sexual relationship.( I have made up for my late start btw :)) My first boyfriend was only a year older than me but ALL the subsequent relationships I have been in have been with men at least 6 years older than me, the biggest gap being 20 years. I do believe that too much is made of cougars and sugar daddies and that if the relationship is working then who should give a flying f#%k how old the couple is provided they are both legal.

  14. Being the same age is not a guarantee of success in a relationship nor is a big age difference a guarantee of failure.

  15. +1
You will always be younger or older than your partner, be it days, minutes, years or seconds? Too much fuss is made of it...

In a lot of ways I wish this teacher a lot of luck? They are having more fun than a lot of us at the mo.

  16. I was sat quietly reading the paper having a coffee and it seems this teacher prefers being with the girls rather than being in the staff room with other adults and has sent numerous girls birthday cards and texts hmmm
He is also reported as being depressed and shy.
Now why have the school not picked up on this at the beginning

It reports the mother has confiscated her phone on numerous times but was not aware of anything going on. I guess the girl deleted txts etc.

    The mind boggles.

  17. Some funny jokes on the thread, however I bet if a 30 year old bloke was banging your 15 year old daughter you'd not see the funny side of it.....

  18. I also dated a man 10 years older than me at 18 poor guy often got mistaken for my father :)

I'm not against any age differences in relationships I prefer younger men :)

What bothers me is it is a teacher that should know better and be above encouraging no matter how a young girl looks or gives the come on.
    This includes female teachers too
    They have positions of trust

  19. The age gap is only going to be a problem if the two people concerned don't share the same aspirations. When Nicky and I got together, I had my concerns because of the, relatively small 6 year age gap, in that would we share the same ideals, could we actually live together and " pull" in the same direction. Compromise is a word we often use as is communication, without these our relationship wouldn't have worked, and I don't think at the tender age of 15, she has learnt these vital skills.

  20. At the age of 15 I was considered 'mature' enough to sign my life away to the Army for 9 years, just as a point of reference.
