  1. Tony,
As great as that would be, I wouldn't want to put that burden on you!... Yet!
Your comments already helpful. I go though and see what i can match with what. There is a good chance that those bolts include some engine bolts.

  2. Are we identifying every part in your pictures.
    Steve

  3. Well any that are obvious would be a great help! May also be useful for some other fool who had all their bolts plated and mixed up!

  4. If you PM me with larger photos I can at least identify the more obvious ones by number. You have both engine mounting bolts and what looks like the nuts for example and also the lower shock mount bolt and "nut" so that eliminate some already.

The real problem is the odd shaped ones that have small heads compared to stock thread size, there are not many but really it needs to be right. You have my offer so feel free to use it and don't feel reluctant, we are here to help each other are we not?. There is no point in a forum if no one will help?

It may be easier to say "what bolt do you think fits this (part)! and then at least I can give you an idea, give it a try.

39 (or 38) looks like the rear axle pinch bolts by the way.

  5. No 40 engine mounting bolts
39 look like swing arm eccentric pinch bolts
37 could be bottom fork pinch bolts
above the board is front axle and above that is the swing arm pivot bolt.

  6. 19 is rear of tank fixing bolt
20 look like air box fixing bolts
9 looks like it mates up with spring no 6 which adjust the headlight.

  7. assorted brackets are for your seat and rear light also one for the headlight bucket to head-stock mounting and of course the rear axle.

  8. 34 loos like the nut to go in the swing arm pivot bolt.
21 could be footrest heal guard mounting bolts.
I will keep looking but as Red 998 says they will have to be matched and I don't want to guess to much and mislead you.

  11. 36 looks like the rear bottom shock mounting bolt.
spring no 2 fits on your seat hinge
possibly two of the nuts from no 1 fit your engine mounting bolts no 40.

    Chizel beat me to it.

  16. you can also see were number 3 goes in this pic (just below oil sight glass) the one to the right of no14 (cant read number) looks to be either rear brake or gear lever pivot bolt but that would be self explanatory when fitting
