What makes you think its a Matrix, don't forget that if the picture was taken in B&W then red comes out as black!

 

Just looked up a Matrix and I agree that the picture is of a Ducati Matric

 

Yes, it has Matrix Graphics

 

And it says matrix on the seat unit
