Met up with Kingfixer today in Bristol, had a play on my bike, he feels he has a similar issue with his suspension, felt the same as mine, ok at speed but harsh, lumpy at slower speeds.
...Ditto, great to meet with you. Had a nice spirited ride with Bradders to Dorchester, ending up doing 272miles in total. Could of done with another layer of clothing as last 50m was a bit chilly. Yes, will check out posts for possible ride outs. I need to get up to Wales again sometime. Cheers Vince.
Yeah yeah get a room, now back to the topic. Did your bike feel harder than theirs over the bumps? Mines doing my spine in so I needs to know.
Bradders took mine out, said it feels the same at high speed but at low speed it was harder, felt all the rumble strips on the approach to an island etc. following day King took it out and also said it was hard. ..JC, have you had yours back to the dealers and what did they say, can meet up if you want a comparison,
Mine is booked in to be looked at next week also the fuel gauge has decided to have a mind of it's own so that's getting looked at also.
Let us know how you get on. They said they don't know what's wrong and need to do a bit of research, they could start here, that's myself, king and JC all with the same issue. king, they will flash the SCU then say it doesn't show any faults on their system and send you on your way, that's what's frustrating, trying to convince them that there's an issue.
