It is from Newcastle Motorcycles, it has done around 8k miles so they are doing the 7.5k service and belts etc for me before I pick it up, unfortunately they are busy and I have to wait! Very apprehensive to be fair! Never ridden one! Right bike, right price, right time, no time to go look at it so stuck a deposit down and went for it!! Fingers crossed, i'm sure it will be great!!

Couple of hot toddies with an extra shot always good for medicinal purposes Can totally understand you itching to get out on the bike! If your not feeling up to it though, I'm sure there will be plenty of other opportunities going forward.

Thanks for the alarm call! Looks like it's going to be a lovely day. A bit crisp right now as you say, but that'll go. Looks like they decided to liberally salt the roads, at least around here, last night - I thought it had snowed! So, if you can just arrange to have that swept up by 13:00 that would be great. Morning, Haha, apologies if me tagging you in that post disturbed you this morning :/ Weekend mornings are always early mornings in Mallinson Towers lol... Our 4 youngest are always up and on at the crack of dawn, much to mine, Mrs M's and the eldest daughters annoyance! No signs of the gritters having a night patty here but the roads are white. Our rising hello friend will soon take care of that though As for clearing the salt your end, I have a 2ft wide yard brush if you'd like to borrow it Time to get dressed and get the morning chores' done. Back home safe and sound. Sorry you couldn't make it Gp80. Great to meet up with Fraggle rock, Ian and Ben. The weather brought out loads of bikes. Italia was busy. Great ride up to Willingham which was busier. Queuing for a cuppa in March! Thanks for the drink Fraggle. Hope to catch up with you all again sometime. I'm organising a rideout for the first weekend in September. If anyone is interested I can let you know the details. Thanks for today chaps. Chris

As you got up to take this, I just got in from work... Got up this afternoon I was 2minds to come, thought no i go to the gym instead but what I really did was sunbathe while having some internet radio blasting out before work tonight... SEPTEMBER!! - There still April to August to go yet...
You can't say you've not been given plenty of notice. It's a full day rideout 200+ miles so needs some planning. Between now and then there'll be plenty of opportunities for other meets I hope.
Its a great section of road and satisfying to get right when riding well Just checked the calendar and if I've worked it out correctly, your ride out in Sept will fall on my middle weekend at home Will double check when I get back to work but initial thoughts are it looks to fall perfectly
