  1. That Puig windscreen looks really bad, I’d rather walk.

  2. Managed to get my Evotech tail tidy fitted today, I’m impressed with how well thought out it is and how straight forward it was to fit even without instructions.

I also like that it uses original wiring and number plate light.

Long ride home and the exhaust deflectors work well.

Only downside if it is one is that it hides the silencers a little from behind and I’ll be interested to find out if the deflectors work so well with an aftermarket system when I fit one.

    Overall very happy :)

  4. Completely changes the look of the back end, mmm, that’s one of the nicest thing about the 950, ???

Maybe I will put an aluminium plate behind or just swap my number plate every few months if it melts!
I reckon the bike is about a foot shorter!!!!
Just for info the deflectors stick out 10mm+ each side of a standard U.K. no plate - my bike in has a smaller(205mm) wide plate.

  6. I think i would cut off the heat deflectors a little bit. Because off my full termi i should only need one.
I think I will order one without heat deflectors.

  7. I think with the full termi you would not need any.

  8. Looks good JCB :upyeah:

One of the best things about any tail tidy on this bike is not having to worry about bashing the number plate when manoeuvring the bike in tight spaces :)

  10. The tail tidy lights look great, but be warned on putting the license plate next to the wheel. I almost killed myself on a bike because of this. On the freeway, something hit the plat and pushed it into the wheel causing me to lock the rear wheel before the plate luckily broke. How I was able to save it that day is still a surprise to me.
Never again will I have the plate in that location.
Here is another option. Integrated Lights. The lic plate can be put just where the pipes split just over the rear wheel.
I spoke to them and they said the one for the 939 will fit the 950 as well.

  11. Id be cautious with no heat shield. The tail tidy i made i didnt think id need a heat shield but i made one anyway out of a sheet of stainless steel about the same size as my 5x7" number plate. After the first ride the edge of my number plate was melted a bit. So made another heat shield a little bit wider and its perfect now.
However my plate may be a bit closer to the pipes with my tail tidy compared to the evotech one

  12. Hi Alan-g
I think you’re right as your plate does not look closer to the exhaust than mine and my plate is also larger at 8 x 6. Not been out on bike since fitting but expect to fit a heat shield. Here’s a few daytime pics - one includes my thumb!

  13. I’ve got to be in the minority. I don’t like any of these options.
I need to fabricate something that sits a little under the pipes.

  14. 3d printers are awesome... Printed my "tt tail tidy" out....

  16. Can’t say they are perfect solutions - just what’s about at the moment. I agree a number plate under the silencers would allow a much better view of them but might foul the wheel. Someone will come up with something clever and maybe I’ll change then

  17. Thought both of mine were pretty well bang on...

  18. Ducati croydon didn't know how to fit the bluetooth module on mine, they said there was no space behind the dash. Who was your dealer? How do i contact them to ask for advice.

  19. @comfysofa think you got the best mix there I have seen, would love to get involved in that as well.

With regards to the combinations of aftermarket hanguards and mirrors, I like these from what I've seen from @Pard:

Zeta carbon guards - I really hope they are big enough to contain the clake one light clutch inside them because they have extenders as @Pard said:

Still not sure what turn signals are going to look good...
