Tyre pressure monitor system....stops you from having to manually check your tyre pressures before you ride off each time (ROSPA or IAM).
naa the beauty of it is you can watch it live all the time, so when I hit a huge pot hole, it was soon warning me that the pressure was dropping. Same old cliche you never think you want it, but when you have had something you relise how much you can miss it when you don't .
must admit a lot of beemer riders go round with all the boxes on for some mad reason perhaps its hides the ugliness of the bike
Bought mine in April this year. It has covered 7500 km now. Got cilinderheadgasket replace under warranty within 1000 km due to oil leakage. No problems ever since.
11k now. Realised handling problem was me being slack and under inflating tyres (huge difference on this bike!). Got to ride it like you stole it, to get the best from it..... LEAVE IT IN SPORT, trust the DTCS and rag it everywhere!!! Awesome.
