Bit of an update. I had to go a completely different way on the set up of the idlers and tensioners. I had to get busy on my little CNC. the ones here were the first ones, but you get the idea. We are all tensioned up and ready to go
With 4 adjusters, you can tighten or slacken the normally idle one to bring the timing marks bang on, as these move when altering things, and then tension the belts as normal.
