Yes, you are all correct, no substitute for cubes. While a bit more grunt would be great, I cannot ever see me going down that route on this bike. Although you should never say never obvs. I like the way that you have to work the bike to make it sing, it’s a big part of its character. Like a lot of us I am lucky. If I want to go fast I have the 765 and, if I want to go to jail there’s the Pani R.
Wow that is quality. I am on page 4 I think, out of 18 of your 748 renovation, I never thought of having bolts re plated. I am getting my old 748 to go again, its in a sorry state to look at under the body work, so I am taking great interest in your post on here. If you dont mind I will pick your brains along the way.
