  2. Tolerance at Ducati mustn’t be much of an importance :joy:

  3. No need to remove studs...

  4. Ah, so that’s how they go! What bolts did you use?

  5. Also, torque setting for the spindle is 180nm but on the rs version it’s only 80nm. What do you torque yours upto @RickyX ?

  6. Longer ones out of my box...

Torque on 749R rear spindle is 180Nm

    What’s an RS version?

  7. I’ve got a manual for the race bike RS version. I’m guessing it’s because they use maybe Ti axle

  8. i might have missed this but.... what is the stud for?

  9. I can only assume it is some kind of gash travel limiter.

  10. Take it out, to increase the swingarm length

  11. They don't. They have a smaller axle diameter and it's a completely different structure in general.

  12. Less un-sprung weight :bucktooth:

Looks like a spacer would be better - about 7mm ish (not measured it yet)

  13. So I’ve not finished then:weary_face:

  14. Dry assembled...complete with underslung caliper bracket for @andyb

  15. Brake pipe looks like it needs routing underneath

  16. A spacer can be added without stripping it down again (when we know the size) can't be arsed to measure it at the moment. But I am intrigued what Ricky has done with his nuts :p
You can get a couple of 15mm spacers here and if lucky one cut in half with a junior hack saw might suffice, if thicker than 7mm you will 2 spacers anyhoo :):upyeah:

  17. Maybe but I think it’s ok going the long way around. The standard hose isn’t long enough - I found this one in my box of useful things. CBA to buy a new one...it’ll do for Box Hill!

  18. Close up of my nuts for Stu (whatever floats yer boat...must be a Yorkshire thing)
