  1. I did what it says below...RTFI!

  2. How thick are the lifter plates?

  3. I still don't understand what you or they have done :yum I'm going for a 6mm spacer (just measured it btw) :)

  4. Hang on a mo, I'll check (thought I said on the photocopy profile I sent you)

  5. 7.00mm

  6. I can’t recall

  7. I see what you’ve done but how did you get a spanner on the nit as it looks like it’s hidden within the recess?

  8. And how does the nut tighten at the same time as the bracket - if you tighten the bracket first it will rock on the threads, then the nut has to be tightened somehow, I am confused. A 6mm spacer will be more robust :thinkingface:

  9. Big update - I WAS WRONG!

    @Mr Bimble has kindly pointed out that the nut should be tightened up against the “counterpart” like this:

  14. Spacers arrived today, should’ve got 7mm! :tired_face::joy:

  15. I’m sticking with the nuts - the trick is not to allow too much load on that little tang so I can set it so that they just nip up and then tighten the nuts against the wee brackety thing.

  16. Yeh, 7mm spacing and it just kisses the inside of the swingarm

  17. Are these extra parts required for the basic installation or with the paddock stand parts?

  18. thanks for the info.

    What’s the hole diameter of the spacer required and do I need 4? Not looked at installing them yet.was hoping to do it Saturday but that may not happen now
