Interested, did you ask him why he was looking to dump the R1M? Is it just a cash thing as I assume you will be required to stump up some readies? If not, that might have me a little worried... Haven't ridden either so not qualified to comment on which has best suitability for road or not but the R1 is pretty rare out on the streets.
