My 748 got so bad I had no chain adjuster left. This is not indicative of how quick it fails but more how often I adjust the chain. All I can say to you is... The story of your Ducati ownership starts here.
If its only just touching the adjuster, Id leave as is.Obviously after the cush has been sorted.If the adjuster is a little worse for wear, I think someone on here does a repair.MADASL I think.
