michael, depends what you need but i have parted two 996 motors and still have some parts left. dont ask what i have got as its too much but let me know what you need and i will come back to you. i do have a 68 mm crank for one with the matching pistons to do a 1026 conversion, i would part with this for the right money.
As I have just fitted a 1098 lump in my 996 I have a complete 996sps engine, injectors, loom, P8 Ecu, tacho, subframe and ign amps up for sale soon. Would bolt right in and fire right up. Mmmm, sps power. Chuck me a PM if you are interested.:wink: Its all going on e bay when I can be arsed as its in my way in the workshop now.

But he never replied back! - He was probably too busy working on the conversion.
