  2. I understand. but checked all connections and cleaned everyone

  3. 2.3 degrees now. Yesterday was 1.7 degrees

    • Thanks Thanks x 1
  4. Thanks Chris for all your effort. Will replace the TPS. Have an other bike here to swap parts....

  5. Any body knows an cheaper than OEM Timing layshaft sensor thats mounted in the alternator cover.

  6. You will have to change throttle bodies as the TPS cannot be removed without destroying it.

  7. yes I will change the trottle complete set up. Just to check.

  8. Have ordered new TPS sensors

last thing I need it the crankshaft sensor.

  9. Bike will still not run. I am nearly ready to trow the bike in the sea. What an horror...
I have fault code 2.1 pressure sensor short circuit. Is this the oil pressure sensor??

  10. Are there any more sensors on an 749 bike. As I have almost changed everyone I think

  11. changed the oil pressure sensor. fitted three ones fault 2.1 remains.....
JP diagram will not let me reset the TPS anymore? strange?

  12. And JPdiagram can't reset fault :
P0105 OBD-II Trouble Code: Manifold Air Pressure (MAP) Barometric Pressure Sensor Electrical Circuit Problem

  13. Is this the time to get rid of the 749?

  14. The barometric pressure sensor is on the dash circuit board. Some have had success by taking the dash apart and cleaning the circuit board with a spray circuit board cleaner. The fault can sometimes be cleared by cycling the ignition on and off a number of times. My own bike suffers from the fault on hot days and short journeys. Cycling the ignition tends to clear it and extinguishes the MIL on the dash.
Have you tried If IAWdiag from Guzzidiag. It uses the same cables.

  15. will do tomorrow.

  16. Tried IAWDiag. Same problems. cycled the ignition on and off a number of times, but this did not solve.
Will take the dash apart to clean. But don't think this wil solve P0105 fault as well.
What other option do I have? new Dash?

  17. Other dash had the same fault. So smacked the original dash with an hammer... And bazooka the bike runs.
Not feeling really confident about it...
