TPS value is correct at 2.3. Read this https://www.autoblog.com/2016/03/15...49LcLrfk6NoLFKTwi4qq7OAyW1azi029L2W0FUTqSNQlJ If the TPS has failed then you can replace it with one from a Fiat Main Dealer Parts Dept as the Magneti Marelli part is available to buy part number 71738921 they were about £33.00.
Bike will still not run. I am nearly ready to trow the bike in the sea. What an horror... I have fault code 2.1 pressure sensor short circuit. Is this the oil pressure sensor??
It is the oil pressure sensor. A cheap replacement is from a Vauxhall Agila from eBay. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/153589822602
changed the oil pressure sensor. fitted three ones fault 2.1 remains..... JP diagram will not let me reset the TPS anymore? strange?
And JPdiagram can't reset fault : P0105 OBD-II Trouble Code: Manifold Air Pressure (MAP) Barometric Pressure Sensor Electrical Circuit Problem
The barometric pressure sensor is on the dash circuit board. Some have had success by taking the dash apart and cleaning the circuit board with a spray circuit board cleaner. The fault can sometimes be cleared by cycling the ignition on and off a number of times. My own bike suffers from the fault on hot days and short journeys. Cycling the ignition tends to clear it and extinguishes the MIL on the dash. Have you tried If IAWdiag from Guzzidiag. It uses the same cables.
Tried IAWDiag. Same problems. cycled the ignition on and off a number of times, but this did not solve. Will take the dash apart to clean. But don't think this wil solve P0105 fault as well. What other option do I have? new Dash?
Other dash had the same fault. So smacked the original dash with an hammer... And bazooka the bike runs. Not feeling really confident about it...
I had error EOBD 2.1 . I found it to be the pressure sensor in the dash. Here's my post. I hope this helps .... If you are still having issues: https://www.ducatiforum.co.uk/threa...ssure-circuit-malfunciton.93176/#post-2005384
