The battery in my fob only lasts about three months. I don't always get the low battery warning the first time it fails. But if held over the right horizontal surface behind the clocks it starts or once used the password. New battery fixed me up so I carry a spare now.
Sorry, but no that is definitely wrong. The antenna is on the right hand side, under the black cover. It was the 2010-2014 Multistradas which had the antenna centrally at the bottom of the windscreen in front of the dash. And this thread is about the 2015-2016 DVT Multistrada.
