  5. Hi all. Was good to meet people from on here. Looking forward to meeting up again and going on a few rides this year. Hopefully be on the bike next time and not the car. Merry Christmas. James

    Of all the things my big toe is pretending to be broken. Just because I gave it a 4 month holiday it now thinks that walking and balance are too good for it.

  18. Catch you next time. As no doubt you've found you get used to your body telling you what you can and can't do. Just go with it, the consequences of pushing too hard are miserable
