Interesting I only thought they were available for the 1098/1198's. Are they the same shape and style as the oem ones ? Weight differences ? I found these the other day PVM - Only available for the Panigale it seems from the Harris Website.
Good weight comparison chart on the BST site Blackstone Tek BST Carbon Fibre Motorcycle Racing Wheels older Duke model and all that but gives an idea.
Just mussing here..... Would it be possible to swap out the 848 hub/shaft/disc to accommodate the larger 1098 wheel? This would give you greater scope for finding a wheel and you get the big boy hub, which will make you irresistible to the opposite/same sex...
Lovely......... however the only thing is they look pretty much the same if I was spending that much on wheels then I would probably want people to know that With the 1098 wheel, that would be a 6 inch though wouldn't it so couldn't run a 180 ? Although I'm a fine one to talk as I had to run a 190 in Almeria as they had no 180 tyres !
I weighed the new design Dymag CA5 single sided rear wheel when it arrived at JHP.Big difference to alloy marchesini wheels BST also sell these for 1098/1198 etc bikes.Very nice.
That swingarm is amazing.......... This video is good, see matey chucking the BST carbon wheels around and bouncing them !
