Alston 1st June

  1. Think I'm heading up to hartside today with a mate on a blade I'm on the black 848 corse SE we will probably be up there between 12 and 1 and go for a run off from there

  6. Well well pull in at the new petrol Station in Alston at 2pm give or take 5 mins if you guys are there cool if not might see you on the Middleton road.

  10. Is the run to Alston or open to routes ?

    I cannot get out until around 12 ish but was going to do a loop, Belsay/Chollerford/Kielder/Otterburn/Rothbury, nice roads ?

    May change route if everyone is going Alston way.

  11. Looks like meet at alston and then they want to run towards Middleton.
    Dunno what the plan is after that. I would be up for cutting back to Brough and then maybe Devils Bridge, Hawes,
    Leyburn, Richmond, Barnard Castle etc Home for 6 ish.

  12. Looks like some are going out earlier than others ill be in Alston about 2 looking for a run down to Middleton ten probably back to Hexam done know what time that will be but could try to fit in a loop up to rothbury

  13. well I was there for about 1.15ish lol didnt see anyone initially.

    The 1098r pulled in again but I only saw the owner riding off...

    was bloody cold again though

Hi Phil was that you on the 999 with a black and blue top on, If so I was at the back of the big texaco/spar garage filling up that was around 1.15 then. we were a bit early and wanted to carry in so set off to Middleton it's the first time I've been on that road think I'm gonna head up that way more often

  16. yeh I still havent replaced my gsxr leathers and kit lol.

    did it sound canny ???

    my hands were freezing - is it ever warm there lol.

  17. Went down to Middleton, and stopped for a cuppa. The lads headed back towards Alston, but I went down to Hawes.
    Managed about 220 mile today, so reasonably happy .

  18. I think I got 150 mile in my bikes just about run in now isn't it great when you think your caning it then realise you have 3k revs left :)

  20. Cheers glen for "opening the piste" down to Middleton in teesdale. It was a good ride I'd like to head on to devils bridge some time if I was out a bit earlier.
