  2. Nooooooooo!!!! At least get the bars and huge sump guard powdercoated or anodised so they blend in better! You're going to need bigger wheels if you're off-roading!

  3. It is what it is and who said anything about off-roading ? I’m pleased, despite your misgivings :joy: Andy

  4. All that effort from Ducati to make the bike look amazing, ruined! :p:joy::joy::joy:

  5. Did learn one thing today, the wet clutch case paint finish is vulnerable to rubbing when using the rear brake. A bit late but now ordered the carbon (stick on) cover from the accessories page. Andy

  7. I may be being simple here, but if that's it in the picture, wouldn't it offer more protection if it was underneath the clutch cover? What's it protecting up there?!

  8. What you see in the picture is crash protection, what I have just ordered is this https://www.ducati.com/gb/en/accessories/ACC012382. Andy

  9. Andy, if your looking for your keys I know where they are ;)

  10. Just curious as to why you’ve added the clutch and alternator protectors when you have the crash bars fitted?

Also, which make(s) are the clutch & alternator protectors please?

    Thanks.

  11. The clutch and generator cases are still exposed and vulnerable even with the engine bars fitted. I’d far rather over egg the protection than find out later, it wasn’t enough. The protectors were advertised on here by @Captain, no idea where he sourced them from but the company is here, https://womet-tech.pl/en/glowna/988-engine-slider-kit-ducati-streetfighter-v4-multistrada-v4.html. 12. That’s the company I bought from and had no issues , think the delivery may have been a week or two though .

  13. And my V4 Pikes Peak is home :D

  16. I don’t bluetooth my phone to my Sena or the bike when riding but something to note for those that do, the Ducati branded, Givi, 6 litre tank bag, phone pocket isn’t designed for the size of the most common Apple and Samsung mobile phones, it’s much too small. I guess the 3 x USB hub that comes with the tank bag will have some use, although not sure quite what yet :joy: Andy

  17. Over 100 miles so far and the bike has had its first clean. Enjoying it immensely but the Rosso 4’s have got to go, don’t like them one bit. Way too slow to warm up and lack feel and feedback :poop: Andy

  18. What are you thinking of replacing them with?

  19. They're not the best at these temps but great in the warmer, and dryer, months.
