100% wrong. Peter Kay (or someone who sounds like him) had already turned around and was walking away. Laughing can be seen as a defence mechanism when scared, so he may have really frightened the old boy, but clearly the taxi (professional driver) intended to hit the motorcycle and would therefore be 100% liable for the damaged caused. He should be charged with reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident. His insurance would not pay out as it was a deliberate act. The motorcyclist should have left it when the old boy apologised, but red mist and all that. The motorcyclist does appear to kick the taxi, probably the mirror, however this didn't appear damaged.
Fecking biker deserved it, he threatened the driver who drove over the bike and raced to the bikers address and bummed his dog.
