My set have been anodised for about 5000 miles with no problem. Makes the bike look better in my humble opinion.
Nice job. I'd get mine done but can't stay off the bike for long enough now the weather has turned. Should've had it done over winter. Bad planning.
Palmer Products did mine (powder coated?) and they have about 15k miles on them without any scratches or chips. I did put a small strip of Ventureshield down the front piece under the exhaust (RH side) which helps on that section, but you can only see that part if you lie on the floor anyway.
