Thanks for all the kinds words! I guess I bought poorly, was unlucky, or both. I commuted on it... once, on the highway home from work, the throttle cable snapped as I was getting onto an off-ramp. Another day, on the same highway, I had a rear tire blow out at speed and I almost ended up in the Armco. It also needed a new carb, one of the headlight connectors burned out (at night time, of course), needed new wheel bearings, was knocked over by a driver in a car park, and probably some other things I'm forgetting.
