did the wiring mod so hopefully it will start with more VaaVaaVoom, not too bad a job, and tidied/taped the loom.I just need the terminals to connect pos neg to battery, then try it out.although i didnt piggy the pos to the starter sol,just cut out the old and ran the new
Dialectric grease is a Godsend on terminals. I also use it on POE outdoor network connections, as it keeps any moisture at bay, ensuring good conductivity. I've plastered it over the ignition and starter relays and both ground and starter motor terminals. You can use vaseline but it won't perform as well.
