700 looks bloated, 500 better proportions.

 

I'd raise a '23-on R and suggest a 765RS.
Low weight, power where you want it and need it and fun by the bucket load.
It's a 120 bhp BMX.

 

Not a bad bike with loads of power, but its not really a comparable bike to a Fantic Caballero 500, plus it weighs 38 kgs more.
