Oh dear Andy, that is very clean and not much blood at all, If it's anything like a similar moment of madness I suffered a few years back, quite a bit of flesh will grow back, the nail too, I did and still do have very little feeling because the nerve endings have been crushed and torn. what was the time period on that Andy? I did similar on a Fly press at the age of around 19 (me, not the fly press) though not as bad. The bone used to ache and was dead at the end for years but hardly notice it now.
