despite me having a better than excellent credit rating RBS wouldn't give me an over draft when i started up nearly 5years ago yet they offered me a credit card with a humungus limit on it? thankfully never needed it. tossers. wonder how much PPI compo has helped the recovery in retail?
Agree totally with MR C, if you want it badly enough save up and buy it outright. Seems that the vast majority of people out there have forgotten the difference between need and want which has in turn made them easy targets for rip off finance.
