You can never put a price on safety, cut it up and put the bits in the bin. Buy a new helmet, if you can get to the foam inner you'll probably find it's very crumbly and of little use.
Donate it to St Johns Ambulance. They have my 2 previous ones plus my wifes old one (used twice in 1999).
