  1. Our place now was like that, had a crank handle to raise the electric door that had a gearing that meant every 4 turns of the handle raised the door about a millimetre!!

The first think we did was knock through the back of a cupboard in the hall into the garage and converted a third of the uselessly narrow garage into a utility room, can now get to the fuse box without going outside.

  2. Yes and no. Problem is, when setting up a company in a tax haven, you generally need to put a large lump in or you have a very, very good relationship with a client relationship manager.

They don’t welcome people for one or two chess moves and then close it all down etc. They want to make money from you, not help you avoid the taxes without paying them. They have to be actively seen in not assisting in that.

Tony Blair is a piece of shit and I hope he dies soon.

  7. No, picture taken at my mates place up between Beccles and Bungay. He used to be the biggest used car dealer in London back in the 60:s and 70's and although now well into his 80's and getting a bit frail he wanted to see it so I had a run up there and took him out for a blast in it with a few foot on the floor sessions. :).
We had a good time in it.

  8. It's a fantastic thing, much as I loved my DB7 vantage it wasn't even close to the Vanquish in terms of performance and quality. It also drank nearly twice as much fuel.

  10. This dealers is just down the road from me and when walking my dog recently I popped in for a mooch round. This thing looked effin gorgeous in the flesh. I was thinking of chopping the 911 against it. Hefty dollop of man maths required when working out residuals.... You only live once and all that....

    Even the Mrs loved it...

  14. No one wants a Ferrari mate. KUNTS cars.

Saying that, my mate has Superfast 812 which he paid £320k for cash as he’s “comfortable” and it is a lovely motor.
