I’ve been keeping an eye on these, and shortlisted it as my next car. Won’t be for a year or two, as I’m really enjoying the M5 at the moment, but when the time comes I’ll be looking in more detail.
I’m sorely tempted. The Superleggera looks stunning. But I’m conflicted. I’ve a 911 that’s still worth what I paid for it 3 years ago. That beautiful thing would rinse me for £40k in 3 years. Stick or twist? I’m not a rich man so I’ll have to stick. The struggle is real
I toyed with the idea of a McLaren. Then I saw the running (servicing) costs. I don't drive much, so spending up to 10k a year keeping it on the road was an insurmountable obstacle.
Had my Vanquish exactly 2 years today, servicing costs total around £1900 so far plus £1500 for a front shock assembly which was leaking probably through not being used frequently enough. I've done about 7k miles in it now and it's been a great experience.
That won’t happen, since they’ve launched their soccer mom cars, which have saved the brand. Quite strange that a Chelsea tractor is what’s saved a company known for producing some of the most beautiful cars in the world.

Very nice I’d be after a hard top, non ceramic brakes, mso exhaust, nose lift. Either in orange or grey/silver I think. not that I’ve thought about it
