Cheers John. I'm pretty convinced that my problem is with the power feed to the Garmin cradle. I have perfect mp3 and phone connections to the Autocom but constant interference from the Garmin. I'm going to try an inline filter in the Garmin power feed and will let you know how I get on. Richard
