Some people are comparing the results of a polish to a wax. They are completely different. A wax should only be used as a last stage to seal in the finish a polish has created. If you wax without polishing you will just seal in scratches and rough paintwork. Polish without finishing with wax or at least a quick detailer will leave the paint unprotected and will soon require polishing again. The best method imo is to wash the bike, clay bar, paint cleaner, polish and then wax. If your bike is weekend toy and you follow this process you can just use quick detailer for the rest of the year to top up the shine. Meguiars is the better option. Follow theyre 4 stage process and you wont go far wrong.
