At risk of teaching Grandma, it's not a bad idea to keep flash player and your drivers up to date also, download the latest flash player/drivers first, then uninstall the old ones, then install the new, if that makes sense .... you know this anyway, probably, sorry :Bag:
I know very little Greyman, so all advice much appreciated. I was under the probable illusion that all drivers and Flash players ( not really sure what a Flash player is/ does) are updated automatically.
Ha, you would think so, flash player is a law unto its self. My best advice, remove the old first, re-install the new ... after you've downloaded it first!!! Adobe Flash Player - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Make sure you have the correct player for your machine 32/64 bit?? ... and that it supports your browser! Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions And definitely don't install the McAfee scan crap under any circumstances ...
Thanks for that Greyman. I will take your advice and give it a go. I have a 64 bit computer ( i think). I'm using Microsoft security esentials, and also 'Rapport' security to protect me as I move my millions to and fro my offshore accounts!
