I know, Dumbo didn't even think to check that bit! I was so gutted at the metal finish, the little angled arm and the screw hole being identical that I did not think to check and so I could not comment.
Spoken to possibly the same woman when I could not work out how to get it on! They rang back. I recall the instructions being a bit weird.
