Im sure with the people on the forum who know him and giving him the thumbs up,he will come up trumps.However,if I was in Bens shoes,I would be getting a little concerned too.In these times of apparent immediate communication,it only takes a slight hiccup,whether email or postal,togive the customer the (hopefully)wrong impression.Hope you get sorted soon.
