Touring Europe on my own last year. Bloody amazing thanks to a perfect route provided by Pete1950. So many highlights. One of which was meeting Glid and his good lady and being treated to a amazing meal with wonderful company and being made to feel very welcome. Oh and the best coffee ever!!!!!!!!!
Did the nurburgring, 1st lap I did made it for me. Went onto the finish straight with a bmw either side if me and blew em into the weeds at 170mph.... Grin from ear to ear. Got chatting to some local bikers, a couple of which were on dukes. Top set of lads & would love to go back, as long as it's not banging it down on the way home again but still awesome!
The one that really stands out for me is doing my first track day at Brands Hatch - the handling was a revelation and it was so much fun!
