There seems to be a trend around here for buying a scruffy brick bungalow, ripping the roof off and adding an extra storey or two in lightweight timber construction.
Is that shed on rails? it appears to have slipped back a bit. Sorry I meant Garage, in case Elsie is watching.
Lovely looking place with nice amount of grounds. Unfortunate that it's right on the narrow High Street which has houses on one side and buildings/high wall on the other - designed to amplify Termi's (other brands are available)...could find yourself becoming similar to a Petworth resident!
I've just got planning permission on a one acre plot to build a 5 bed 5 bath triple garaged with huge basement space, big kitchen, dining and lounge space, study and utility. Lovely plot backing onto beech woods. Ten minutes out of Marlow, Bucks. Plenty of room for a bike or two.
You could buy a whole terrace if not a small village for the cost of that plot, though probably not in Marlow! https://www.rightmove.co.uk/commercial-property-for-sale/property-74055559.html
It's probably circa £700k with the permission, possibly the same again to build, stunning place. Perfect place to be, close to Marlow, Henley, Oxford, London, lots of lovely pubs and great roads.
Ok lets open this up, Where's the best place in the world for early retirement.... English speaking... please.
The Algarve - Portuguese like the English and it's all English speaking down there and full of expat crims
https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-85376117.html £20k for one house in Burnley. Needs work though!
Wow..it's that good they show two pictures of something else other than the property. ..... £350-375 per month around here that would be £1100-1200.
