Did some work on the recycling waste bin the other day, really proud of the result, the green on the lid leaps out. I've also included the household waste and a cheeky glimpse of a classic, metal original house bin... Fully restored.
Two of mine managed to creep into this shot..... And, just in case you're worried about the helmet, this was just a posed shot with a push-bike helmet on. He wears a proper Arai when he goes on the back of my 848.
As posted on a previous forum. Some of the bins that I have in my stable and if you look really carefully you can just about spot my previous Multi.
nice to see a 'classic' bin in a domestic setting...so many either neglected or simply tucked away these days..lovely patina. just the right amount of oxidisation, and not over restored.
The green bins seem to be ubiquitous, here's one of my bike I keep in India with a particularly well turned out bin man just doing his rounds.
If you think the rats have been in your green waste bin, make sure they have all left BEFORE you put a brick on top to keep them out, or they will make their own exit.
I've just been through all of my pics and I can't find a wheelie bin in any of them. What am I doing wrong? :frown:
