I have seen people conned with the old we are working in the area doing a big job and have a roll of carpet left over, oooh go on then i will have that to then get home and find it's stuffed with small off cuts and rubbish, never ever ever ever buy off these people but some will just not learn no matter how old and experienced they think they are.
