Bid Buy Regret ?

  1. Go for it! At that price, worth every penny.

  2. Is it me or does the odometer look a bit iffy on that one?

  3. Odometer?

Note comfy seat and great riding position - sporty but not wrist killing. Why oh why won't Ducati do a new version? (I know, because they are obsessed with the Mutley, thinking it's the answer to every sport touring dream. Well it isn't to mine.)

  4. Blimey - what the hell is going on ?? I see the retraction, and now it's back with me !! How far to go _ ummm, not sure but the missus has suddenly developed a frown !!

  5. Ignore her! They do that all the time!

    Buy it!

  6. 900streetfighter hello. I am on my second 907. The top end on the bike is poor though the bike looks and sounds great. Where do you get yours servived. I think I need the electronics or state of tune looked at.

  8. hi Richard, I do most of my own servicing but will be looking for someone near Essex to check the shims soon. Probably the best person down your way would be Louigi Moto or CJS.
Top end fueling prob might be something as simple as the hoses in fuel tank split. Remove cap and turn on ignition, as pump primes, see if bubbles are coming up from filter/pipes. Or maybe your fuel filter needs changing.

  9. see what you mean - when the numbers don't fully line up it always has you wondering!

  10. 907 top end

Thank for the tip. I'll look at the fueling. Though there is no hesitation. I just hit a wall at 85mph.

  11. In that case deffo check pipes in tank cos thats exactly the symptoms. Tank needs to be about 3/4 full, look for bubbles.

  12. Thanks for the confirmation. Good to have another head on the case.

  13. I'll investigate myself then get back to you but I might need to visit a local genius.

  14. Hi Streetfighter
Tried the bubble test. No bubbles but the tank is only half full. So I'll get some juice next time I'm out.

  15. If pipes are good I would fit a new fuel filter to rule that out.

Lots of clever people on www.ducatipaso.org

    Keith.

  16. Will do Streetfighter. I am going to Leeds for a few days but I'll report back. Thanks

  18. I would put it on ebay sharpish then John, there seems to be a bit of interest in them at the moment. New 16" tyres are available now too.

  19. i bought it a couple of years ago along with a 750 s both have the 16 inch wheels but the 750 has been converted to a pair of Delortos with conti silencers they have both been sat in the garage just waiting for me to sort them out , i know i will regret selling them as i did but them for a future investment
